Hey I just saw a flyer for Astronomer and Hivesmasher in NASHUA for this day. What gives?
maybe someone thought that only astronomer and hivesmasher were playing? i don't know why but maybe thats the reason. I printed this shit out and vandalized newbury comics with it.
Well I think we're going on first or second at Rocko's and later in Nashua, so I mean we can make it....I'm just wondering if we can stay for the whole Rocko's and still make it to Nashua in time to play
Well if you play at 9:00pm in nashua you could definitely make it but then who would you miss at the rockos show? but then again you are playing on the 28th with pretty much the same line-up.

yeah that whole Nashua show is starting to confuse me...I thought it was a house party after the Rocko's show. I need to send this dude a message and figure it out.
if you're talking about the comment he left on your myspace, he does say after:
"wanna play a house party feb27 after the rocko's show? please. golden spurs and coalmine canary are already in. learn to swim, magna mater, and machine language are tentetive."
Newsflash. I'm coming to this. Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday, and I'm drugged up like a nurses aid. See you doodz later. So reimroc, I'll be able to add you to the list of RTTPers I've met? And I'm down to rap if at all possible. If not I'll be perfectly satisfied peeping Nick's sublime buttocks.
You are correct sir. And aaron, I'm a very slack artist. None right now, but I'll have some by the time I open for Akrobatik, which is next week and I'll throw you one.
I was up an hour ago because some asshole decided it was a good idea to call my house at 8:30 AM on a Saturday....murder is too good for people like that

I'm still exhausted but can't fall back to sleep
WTF??!! was it important??!?
I just can't sleep, that's my thing as you know. But I feel ok. I always seem to wake up between 9 and 10 no matter what.
apparently, it's about my student loan, but my dad picked up....he told her "you know it's 8:30 AM on a Saturday? we're all seeping" and the girl on the other end goes, "Yea, I wish i was in bed"
from what I heard, And Then There Were None was having their CD release show right down the street...so apparently that's where everyone was

I got wisked away to work. There is no such thing as a day off in my line of duty and it SUCKS. I'm fucking aggravated at my boss and I'm taking it out on Allston tonight.

everyone should be fucking prepared for someone to be screaming lyrics back at your face tonight.
Thanks a ton for the spot Aaron. Even with a smaller crowd, I had as much fun as you can have after having 4 wisdom teeth out the day before. Here's my review:
HYEO: Finally got to see them. Been big on Nick's playing for years now. Really love the direction they are going. Rusty bled in true metal fashion. The drummer was so solid, blasting with his hand basically upside down. When I asked him about it, if that's a real technique, he said it's like pressing the B button on the nintendo controller really fast.
The Cargo Cult Revival: Instrumental music. I thought it sounded kind of southern, then again everyone wants to be southern these days. I'd like to hear the material with a cello player.
Astronomer: Not my style. Though it was slower moving with chord changes which made it easy to hear what they were playing. When the 1st song started I immediately though it sounded like looking at stars and the name Astronomer was fitting.
Biclops: Holy crap so prog. Not really metal in a lot of ways, they had giant pedal boards and the tone was pretty clean as well as most of the singing. The bass player was way up on the frets and very interesting playing. Something I could get into.
Hivesmasher: A pretty subdued crowd turned violent. Aaron is what a frontman should be, pacing back and forth and yelling in peoples faces. I am a fan of their style of music what can I say.
Nobody Cares and Eyenine: I was kind of sloppy, forgot a line or 2 but I'm always pumped to play with bands. Feedback was positive. If anyone ever wants a rapper for a metal show, I'm the one.
