This is the first day of the graf/lewd tour, come out and show them a proper time!
This venue is really strict about drinking so don't do it, there's a bunch of shitty baaaaaa's right around the venue..meet me in the streets.
This might be a (the_network) record release show for the U.S version of the split we did with a u.k band Throats. We have import versions of the split from the London release show that happened last month. Yes this is super duper lame!

i'd love to go to this, but after last nights show[walking back to my car and some fuckhead asking me where the highway was, if i needed a ride, and then if i wanted to make some money] i am all fucking set with downtown haverhill.
and when I was in high school, river rd was the prostitute strip. I would NEVER have walked down past the RR bridge. this area of town is amazingly clean now.

the_network wasn't the best time I've seen them. it was pretty quiet, pete's on the injured list and them playing so many new songs. the one thing that I think would make their set better is to at least end with a song that people know from the first CD. with out that, the last 2 sets end a bit flat. they usually have a big mess on their hands ending their set. this one was far from a sticky situation.
debaser played the best set I've seen them do to date. the DK and SSD covers helped, but it was more an audience that actually gave a shit that they were on the stage. that is something that is always lacking the other times I saw them.
graf orlock was decent. the music is a lot more integirty sounding vocally than I remember. the movie clips were cool, but it's weird to thing that is what the band is based off of. the jurassic park theme at the end was the greatest.

yo dude, the show in providence on friday is on agnes st, in olneyville. it's a building on the corner of agnes/dike st (wes' rib house is on dike st). there should be a bunch of cars outside and friendly people to ask once you're in the neighborhood. bring 40's and whiskey
