Clarence Boddiker is one of the greatest villians ever.

Haha, Grave did a clip of that on the Souless" album.

its funny, naturally they put out action figures and toys out for this movie (well robocop they did, I don't recall a clarence boddick action figure or his crew which is too bad) when in no way is it even remotely appropriate for kids to watch. It was such a filthy and violent movie. I watched it over and over as a kid, maybe thats why im so fucked up today.

The OLD trailer before they wrote the theme song, so they had to use the original "Terminator" theme.

those actions figures were based off of the cartoon that came out around the same time. That is if you are referring to the ones that fired the caps in their backs

That reminds me, i guess they are planning on doing a remake since Frank Miller wasnt too happy with how different the original was from his story. What ever! The way the original was made was soo bad ass, and as far as I am concerned the only violent Android/ Cyborg movies out there are Blade Runner, Terminator, and Robocop. Everything else Ive ever seen just rips those 3 movies off. Atleast nothing that contradicts that statement comes to mind right now

My kindergarten teacher took them away from me cause i was always bringing them in for show and tell, not realizing how retarded it would be to show the same thing over and over every day. Also the fact that one of the guys was referred to as Head hunter was a bit too much for the class room.

i actually never say Robocop 3. i guess i was afraid of being thoroughly dissapointed.

Robocop 3 is awesome. its obviously a bit cheesier than 1 and 2, but it hardly pales in comparison.

I remember one of my friends from high school used to always talk about getting some Nuke, and how we were all gonna get hooked on Nuke and get those Nuke-grabbing cyborg claws installed like the evil robot in RCII had.

I agree 100%, considering my dad brought me to see the 2nd one in the theatre when i was like 6, and having not really seen many other evil characters in films prior to that. But of coarse Terminator 2 came out shortly after which I also saw in the theatre, and the idea of a shape shifting, knife wielding robot seemed almost as evil to me at the time.
My mom still tells me to this day that letting me rent the original Robocop back then was one of her biggest mistakes ever. I blame Video Paradise in Natick though for not being up to date with the old transformer tapes at the time
