Mongrel [Punk Metallers fo acoustic]
Jared Thomas Lord [Old Time Country with naughty lyrics]
@ Church - 69 Kilmanrock Street - Boston, MA

This is an all-acoustic show and to my knowledge the first time The Freeze will be playing acoustic outside of a couple radio apearances. Don't miss it.
Last year I wanted IWEIPH to cover the entire Romper Stomper soundtrack.
Pulling on the boots and tightening up the laces Shaving their heads and strapping on the braces
There you have a skinhead, looking for a fight Skinhead, skinhead, running through the night
Skinhead, skinhead, running through the night Making lots of trouble, starting lots of fights
Skinhead, skinhead, getting really pissed
Skinhead, skinhead, tattoed on the wrist!
Hanging in the lane way, waiting for the scum SMASH THEIR YELLOW FACES, kick their fucking bum
When they plee for mercy, we will show none Skinhead, skinhead, 'til the job is done.
Skinhead, skinhead, putting on the boot Looking for a streetfight, looking for a row Skinhead, skinhead, running through the fights Skinhead, skinhead, stompin' on your face!
When the coppers see us, at first they pull the gun But when they see us come towards, then they start to run
When we wear our badges it make us feel proud Skinhead, skinhead, shout it out loud!
Yes, you read it right - we're playing our first ever live acoustic show! (True, we've played acoustic twice now on the radio - both in the last year - but never in front of a crowd. We've got our best lineup in years: Clif is still on vocals, of course... on rhythm guitar is "DB" from Phoenix, Arizona's "The Pugilistics," who recently moved here to join the band. On drums is long-time 80's Freeze drummer Lou Cataldo, whose signature moves are in many classic Freeze songs. On bass is Mark Leonard, who has been with us for several years now. Yeah, he's a bit of a jock but he has a good time on stage and keeps us "normal." On lead guitar is Marc Thalisitis, guitarist/graphic designer/photographer extraordinaire... its hard to explain - you have to see him live.

I will be in attendance, hopefully with a few friends I plugged this show to
The Freeze acoustic was one of the greatest things I've ever seen. And I've never done a show where there were singalongs so loud you could hear it well over the music. Everyone had a good time as far as I could tell.
A Misfit unplugged By Nick A. Zaino III

Glenn Danzig isn't the only former Misfit singer making music. Michale Graves left the legendary horror punk outfit years ago and now makes music under his own name. He has been on a roll releasing material from older projects lately, unearthing Gotham Road's "Season of the Witch" and releasing a live album from his band, GRAVES, earlier this year. He'll be playing acoustic tonight at Church, along with local punks the Freeze, Mongrel, and country punker Jared Thomas Lord. 21+ $12. 9 p.m. Church, 69 Kilmarnock St., Boston. 617-236-7600. churchofboston.com
