So many faces from all the years coming to western mass.
conqueror: they said "thank you, come see us at the mercey house" as I walked in. Too bad for me. This was the only band that it the halloween theme right. They were all dressed up and they made a mess of the place.
Agony Scene, the: this is the band that I always remember in eyeliner and tight pants. Now they are ultra-brutal. Plenty of tattoos. I think that the singer's t-shirt was supposed to be a hankerchief. They were pretty good, but were acting like they were disappointed at the turn out there. I guess they drove a million miles and a million hours to get there.
walls of jericho: wowsers! Talk about breakdowns. Not the mosh kind either. Even wonderwoman couldn't save this dibocal. They started their set off and I couldn't hear any of the vocals. Everyone was facing forward and all, but they they turned around and basically played into their amps. They probably couldn't hear anything either. After a sholrt pause, I would say it got progressively worse, but there was no progress. More like a trainwreck cause it abruptly ended and they stopped. 10-ish minutes of music. This is like the fikrst time they have ever disappointed me. the crowd had really grown when they went on too. there was even lots of costume mosh going on. I think some people asked for their money back.
post this all over myspace.

a life once lost: so much fog.. They let the fog machines go for 10 minutes before they came on. Their set gave me a dry throat and a headache. All that smoke and flashing light. Who the hell flashes lights like that. Damn. They sounded really good, but it was way too much. Vincent (cockpunch) got on stage with them dressed up as either on broken wings or bevis.
