I'd say within the next 100 years, scientists will be much more knowledgeable about quantum and theoretical physics. they're potentioanl going to build an even bigger Hadron Collider, perhaps within the next 30 years. The question does remain, though, if we're going to destroy ourselves before we find the answers.
